Background
Bobby creates and distributes content for digital assets brands. He has always been athletic, but struggled to put on muscle and thought he "tried everything". Although Bobby was consistently hitting the gym and eating as much as he could, nno progress was being made towards getting the muscular body that he desired
Being an avid extreme sports athlete and all around adventurous guy, he knew that his lack of strength was hurting his functional ability to push himself physically in the ways he wanted to. Traveling and living an adventurous lifestyle made it increasingly difficult for him.
The Results
Upon joining the program Bobby immediately started seeing his muscles filling out. He has seen consistent, healthy, weight gain since starting the program.
Over the course of 2.5 months he went from 157 to 175 pounds. This 17 pound weight gain was almost entirely muscle! He still retained a similar amount of ab definition (with significant improvement on oblique definition) while growing his chest, shoulder, back, and arm size all significantly.
He confidently says he is in the best shape of his life!
The Process
We implementing a few key nutritional tweaks immediately. Upping his protein intake and recommending healthy carbohydrates that were less satiating so he could increase his overall energy intake. We worked together to find an eating schedule that allowed him to comfortably consume exactly the calories and macro nutrients necessary for such massive muscle gain.
He did not need to spend more time in the gym than he already was, but by customizing his workouts around key muscle groups and changing his rep ranges he was able to see muscle size and strength increases that he did not think were possible!
