Background
Jay is an entrepreneur from Seattle, WA that has always struggled with being confident, sticking with plans he's made for himself, and having enough control over his body to look the way we wanted.
Upon starting with Thoroughbred, Jay knew he could accomplish anything but lost motivation every morning when looking at himself in the mirror and could not figure out how to lose fat and build muscle.
The Results
After just 3 months he felt comfortable taking his shirt off in front of other people for the first time since he was a kid, and after 6 months he has one of the best bodies in any room he enters.
He says he's much of the reason he has been preforming on a higher lever and making more money than he ever has is because of his new-found confidence.
The Process
Immediately after joining the program, Jay was diligently consuming the course material and attending the coaching calls. By following the program to a T, Jay said he had more energy and was actually excited to go to the gym in just the first week.
The main factors to Jay's success was having a structured program that he could easily follow step by step and also having our coaches and support team available to give motivation, answer questions, and support him the entire way.
