Background
Jobe owns a cinematography company and has always been relatively in shape. He ate "healthy" foods, was generally active, and went to the gym consistently. However, he saw people that looked significantly better and he had no idea how to take himself to the next level.
Although he was focusing on staying consistent, eating healthy, and crushing the gym, his lack of excellent results led to a realization that he needed help to go from good to great.
Jobe is also interested in and actively try's more unique diets and implementing fasting (of 1 or more days in a row) into his lifestyle. We worked with him to apply the foundational principles of nutrition and exercise to his unique approach to make sure his lifestyle, preferences, and results were all aligned.
The Results
Jobe Quickly saw his body fat percentage reduce to his leanest ever while still retaining nearly all of his muscle mass and hitting strength levels he had never seen before!
He enjoyed both his workouts and his diets more than he ever had while getting in the best shape of his life!
The Process
We dialed in a workout regime that worked around Jobes unique lifestyle to maximize his lean muscle tissue while reducing overall body fat percentage. We were actually able to reduce the amount of time Jobe was spending in the gym with dramatically better results!
We worked together to figure out a diet that would work within our general framework and his lifestyle so he could live the way he wanted, eat what he wanted, and still see insane progress he was never able to achieve before.
