Background
Stuart is a software programmer that owns and operates an accounting systems company. He is very active in working on home improvements and outdoor activities but did not feel or look healthy. He had an idea of what healthy foods were only from mainstream information outlets that left him with an inability to get the results he wanted with his fitness.
He invested in a home gym but had no idea what exercises to do and often performed exercises incorrectly which left him working hard and long with essentially no progress. We focused on the simple key components to nutrition and exercise that could reduce Stuarts work load and maximize results.
The Results
Stuart went from overweight with no muscle definition to lean and strong. Although he is extremely happy with his improved aesthetic, he is most excited about the way he feels and that he is more capable to do the things he loves. He has also seen a major uptick in energy which has helped him be more effective in his business.
The Process
We customized a workout plan around the exact equipment Stuart had available at his home gym. He quickly learned how to execute each exercise in the most efficient and safe ways through our workout tutorials. This allowed him to get incredible gains in the gym with no additional time or energy investment.
Also, Stu got a simple nutrition guide that he could follow and we educated him on what nutritional value he should be looking for in each food and how to have a diet that he enjoyed, was easy to stay consistent with, and showed massive progress in a short amount of time.
