What exactly do you help people with?

How soon after joining can I expect to start seeing results?

Do I have to buy after I get on the phone?

On the other hand -  if it makes sense on both ends to move forward then we do collect payment over the phone. 
What if I don't have time to go to a gym, how can I still make progress?
Yes. While we recommend making time to go to a regular gym for optimal results, we do not require you to go to a full conventional gym. We can build custom home-workout programs or bodyweight-only programs in which you can still make significant improvements. 
Do I have to track all of my food?
No. While we recommend making time to track your food for optimal results, you are not forced to track your food and you can still make insane gains without. 
Will you provide me a daily meal plan? 
Upon special request we can provide a daily meal plan outline. However, we teach you how to choose the right foods in the right quantity so you will have all the necessary information and resources to choose your foods during the day. In most cases this is more than enough for clients to be successful with their diet and provides them with more flexibility while away from home or traveling. 
I see the case studies and testimonials, but how do I know that this will work for me?
Our process executed in the proper way under our supervision works for anyone. The only way that this will not work for you is if you don't follow our process or put in any effort to execute the plan that we create for you. 
I am NOT in the United States, will this still apply to me?
Yes. As long as you speak and understand English then you will be able to learn from the course and properly communicate with your coaches. 
Do I need to workout everyday?
No. We don't recommend any of our clients to workout everyday. We have most clients workout out between 3-5 days per week. Letting your body rest and recover on the off days is almost as important as workout hard on training days.
