Background
Luis coaches entrepreneurs on credit and crypto. He is also a skilled dancer that has always been fairly active. After focusing hard on his business for several years he lost track of his fitness. He felt self conscious on camera when promoting his business and didn't feel like he was reaching his full potential due to his lack of excellence with his physique.

He wanted to slim down be overall healthy and to feel confident so he could show up as his best self every day.

The Results
In just 2 weeks Luis was able to shed 5 pounds as shown in the picture above. After 4 months, he has dropped ~8% while improving strength on some of his key exercises by 100%!! 

The Process
We built out a done-for-you approach to nutrition where we had meals that perfectly tailored to Luis prepared and delivered to him every week so all he had to do was eat the delicious meals without having to think about nutrition at all. We also designed these meals around his food preferences so they were all incredibly enjoyable!

Because Luis travels quite a bit, we would adjust his exercise program to account for his travels. Adjustments were made to his exercise program so was able to make the most of hotel gyms without skipping a beat!

We also taught Luis to enjoy himself eating out consistently while still being able to maintain progress. He was able to have nice dinners with friends and select amazing dishes that fit his goals with ease.
